After waxing for over a year and ruining all my progress with a single shave, I decided to look into laser hair removal. I picked Alaska Body Aesthetics based on their reviews and I’m so happy with my decision. I had an initial consult with Nicole who answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, and I scheduled my first treatment with her. I was nervous about the process and the pain and she made me feel at ease the entire time. She explained what she was doing as she was going and checked in with how I was doing throughout the whole treatment. Although it’s still too early to see results, I would highly recommend Nicole to anybody looking for the treatments provided at this business! For those looking to make the transition from waxing to laser hair removal; just do it!

I got a Red carpet peel by Natasha. She’s amazing! After I walked in she assessed my dull dry winter skin and I walked out with radiant refreshed dewy skin. She answered all my questions, and took great care of me. If you haven’t been here, make an appointment to go spoil yourself! You’ll be happy you did!

I am currently in my second round of Fraxel treatments and could not be happier with my results. I went in for a normal facial for my first experience and Natasha was very upfront with me about what my skin needed. We agreed on the Fraxel and my skin is worlds, I mean WORLDS, different. I am so so happy with my experience at ABA and hanging out with Tash and Ashley is an added bonus!

I've had 2 IPL laser facials and a Fraxel treatment with Natasha at Alaska Body Aesthetics. Natasha is very professional, positive and high energy. She explained my treatments and took very good care of me giving me a quick hand and arm massage while the anaesthetic good effect for my Fraxel treatment. I had a medium strength treatment, and will be honest and say this is hot and not without discomfort but not unbearable. Immediately after the treatment my face was red, but not as red as when I finish my normal cardio routine. I would say that I experienced medium heat for about another 90 minutes and then my face felt cool and comfortable. I did not have any trouble sleeping on my stomach with my face in the pillow. The following morning the redness is nearly gone, and I have only some moderate puffiness and no discomfort. Already I can see positive changes that I expect will become more refined with healing and time. Everyone will experience these treatments slightly differently due to our own unique skin types and healing abilities. And while these treatment are not for everyone, if they are right for you, you will be in good hands at Alaska Body aesthetics.

Not all staff are educated and experienced accordingly to their claim. Some are better than others. While they all try to give you a friendly smile and try to provide a great customer service, many times they end up making your skin worst because of the many mix of chemicals they provide (That was my experience) For myself, the first lady was friendly, knowledgeable, and my skin turn out better. However, the next lady, because of lack of experience end up causing my skin to break out the following day and cause my face to turn oily for the the next two weeks! She claim to have over 20 years experience however I can tell she was just starting. overall Its a 50/50 chance something may not turn out because there is only two ladies that do the treatments and both are knowable in certain areas laser, facials, waxing and other services. Above all they are over price for their lack of knowledge and experience. Services range from $120- $3000 depending on what you want.
